DOOR POLICY

• Age Policy: Original ID or Passport is required. Parental supervision is required for guests under 21 years old (swimming pool allow teens above 12 years old)
• Bookings policy: Latest booking time is 12:00 PM. We will hold reservations for 30 minutes ONLY after the booking time of the reservation.
• Walk-in policy: We always recommend and advise for a booking to be made; however, we accept walk-in guests on a first come first serve basis, only after 12:00 PM, subject to the availability and/or cancelations upon arrival time.
• Couples and /or mixed groups policy applies for bookings and/or walk-in guests.
• Management reserves the right of admission or entry to any guest.
• Food & Beverage items from outside are PROHIBITED. If any items (food, beverages, bottles, or any recipients) are found upon checking, those will be kept with security staff and a tag number will be provided, to be collected upon your departure from the venue
• Our dress code at the beach club is Beach chic and the management reserves the right to reject any guests that swimwear is not appropriate.
• Restaurant reservations are limited to a 2-hour period (subject to extension based on availability) with no pool / beach access.
• Alcohol and shisha services start from 12:00 PM.
• Valet Parking service is provided, additional cost of 50 AED (regular)/ 100 AED (VIP)/ 150 AED (VVIP).
• We accept all major payment methods: cash, card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX) and online payments.
• The establishment is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
